Mind the Gap
Complying with California's Fair Pay Act and Wage Wquality Act
In 2016, California passed the Fair Pay Act to significantly expand employers’ duties to eliminate wage gaps based on gender. Less than a year later, and effective January 1, 2017, California has amended the Fair Pay Act to include race and ethnicity as prohibited bases for wage disparity. Are you ready to comply?

Join us for a lively panel discussion that explores the new requirements and standards established by the Fair Pay Act and, as importantly, the many questions left unanswered.
